This section of the ACCV website is designed to be a resource for the ACCV Members in the aged care industry to assist in organisation, strategic planning, risk management and operations for external emergencies. Resources are current at the time they have been uploaded. ACCV advises checking the source website for recent additions or changes.
Member Forum
A Member Forum has been created to allow ACCV members to contribute resources they have created to assist in operating their aged care services. To view member contributions in respect of planning for external emergencies, or to submit a contribution, visit the Member Forum.
Current external emergency resources
Prominent external emergencies of concern to the industry include those which the summer months bring such as the annual seasonal risk of bushfires and heatwaves. Below is a list of tools which may be of use to Members in preparing for such an event.
